Mary Sotelo, M.A., Reiki Master Teacher

Mary Sotelo is a passionate advocate for the transformational process of discovering one's inner healer. With over two decades of experience, she practices and teaches Reiki as a powerful, gentle tool for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
 

As the founder of Reiki Healing Arts San Diego, Mary facilitates Reiki classes, retreats, and one-on-one sessions, while also having taught at local holistic health colleges. Her diverse professional background includes roles as a hospital social worker, Hospice community liaison, and volunteer Reiki practitioner in hospital settings as part of integrative therapy programs.
 

Mary's deep commitment to health and well-being is reflected in her extensive studies in Healing Touch, Educational Kinesiology, Guided Imagery, meditation, and spiritual direction. She is also certified in Transformational Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), Restorative Yoga, and is a Feng Shui Master. Holding a Master's degree in Counseling, Mary’s holistic approach is rooted in the belief that health and wholeness are our birthright.
